Returns & Refunds Policy

At ManaseDepot, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below is our simple and transparent Returns & Refunds Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they meet any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Defective or malfunctioning
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Counterfeit item received
  • Change of mind (only for select categories)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Health and personal care items

3. Conditions for Returns

To ensure smooth processing:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts received with the item

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request:

  1. Log into your ManaseDepot account
  2. Go to My Orders, select the relevant order
  3. Click Return Item, choose the reason
  4. Follow the instructions to submit your request

5. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Pickup: Free pickup is available for eligible returns
  • Shipping: If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may ship the item to us.
    We recommend using a trackable courier for safe delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approval: If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
  • Processing time: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

7. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, kindly return the original for a refund and place a new order.
